目的分析机采血小板献血者血液初筛不合格原因,探讨相应对策,提高再次献血成功率,为今后的机采招募提供指导与参考。方法用浙江省统一的BIS2.0软件统计模块统计2011-2013年机采血小板献血者14 480例次血液初筛检测情况,将血液初筛检测不合格者按转氨酶、血小板计数、白细胞计数、血细胞比容、血红蛋白含量和乳糜血6项指标进行统计,并对不合格原因进行分析。结果 2011-2013年,血液初筛不合格率分别为15.86%、14.74%、11.20%,不合格原因以转氨酶异常居首,其次为白细胞计数、血小板计数不合格。男性以转氨酶不合格为主,占5.38%。女性以血细胞比容不合格为主,占6.66%。结论转氨酶、白细胞计数和血小板计数不合格是机采血小板献血者血液初筛不合格的主要原因,血细胞比容不合格是导致女性献血者暂缓献血的主要原因,采取相应对策进行干预具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the causes of unqualified blood samples from blood donors with platelet blood donors, explore the corresponding countermeasures and improve the success rate of blood donation again, so as to provide guidance and references for future recruitment. Methods A total of 14 480 blood samples collected from Zhejiang Provincial Unified BIS2.0 Software Statistics Module were collected for blood transfusion from 14 480 blood transfusions in 2011-2013. The blood transfusions, platelet count, white blood cell count, Specific volume, hemoglobin content and chylous blood 6 indicators for statistics, and analysis of the reasons for failure. Results From 2011 to 2013, the unqualified rates of primary blood screening were 15.86%, 14.74% and 11.20%, respectively. The unqualified causes were abnormal aminotransferases, followed by white blood cell count and unqualified platelet count. Male transaminase unqualified, accounting for 5.38%. Women with hematocrit failure dominated, accounting for 6.66%. Conclusion The main reasons for the unqualified primary blood transfusion of platelet-rich blood donors are transaminase, leukocyte count and unqualified platelet count. Unqualified hematocrit is the main reason causing blood donation to be suspended. It is of great significance to take corresponding measures to intervene.
