三辊行星斜轧机(PSW)是新型的大压下量轧机。本文在先前工作的基础上,对轧制力计算作了改进,原用梯形面积F_1=2/1[S_0b_(x1)+(b_(x_1)+b_(x_1))(((D_(棒1)-D_(棒2))/2tgφ)-S_0)]来代替积分式表示的接触面积 integral from n=0 to ((D_(棒1)-D_(棒2))/2tgφ)b_xdx,现再用数值计算法来代之,即integral from n=0 to ((D_(棒1)-D_(棒2))/2tgφ)b_xdx=sum from i=0 to n-1 b_(xi)·h_(xi)。计算结果表明与实测值很接近,本文详细介绍了计算机算法和程序,这样就更便于工程计算。
Three Rollers Planetary Slab Rolling Mill (PSW) is a new type of large reduction mill.
