提高出生人口素质是《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》的立法宗旨,而出生缺陷是严重影响出生人口素质的一个重要因素。为了解本地区出生缺陷的动态变化,及时发现可疑危险因素,为政府制定有效干预措施提供依据,我院对泰安市泰山区2003～2007年的出生缺陷情况进行分析。报道如下。
Improving the quality of the birth population is the legislative purpose of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Maternal and Infant Health Care,” and birth defects are an important factor that seriously affects the quality of the birth population. In order to understand the dynamic changes of birth defects in our region, we found the suspicious risk factors in time and provided the basis for the government to make effective interventions. The hospital analyzed the birth defects in Taishan District of Tai’an from 2003 to 2007. Reported as follows.
