顶岗实习是高职教育过程中十分重要的教学环节,是实现高职培养目标的教育教学活动,也是工学结合、校企合作培养高技能型应用人才的一种全新的教学模式。加强顶岗实习管理过程监控,对于提高高职院校的人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文对“2+1”顶岗实习人才培养模式进行了阐述并提出建议,旨在为深入教学改革提供参考。
The internship is an important teaching link in the process of higher vocational education. It is an education and teaching activity that realizes the goal of higher vocational education. It is also a new teaching mode of combining high-tech talents with the combination of work and study. It is of great significance to improve the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges by strengthening the monitoring and management of the internship management. This paper elaborates and puts forward suggestions on the training model of “2 + 1” internship in order to provide reference for the in-depth teaching reform.
