提高夏甘薯薯苗栽插的成活率,促进其初期生长,从而进一步提高快根产量,是夏甘薯生产中的一个关键性问题。我们于1964—1965年在高温(30℃以上)和不同的土壤湿度(土壤最大持水量的20、40、60和80%)条件下,进行了甘薯插条清水浸蔓的试验,将薯苗插入土中的数节浸泡24小时,可以加速抗旱性不强的胜利百号甘薯和52—45甘薯品种薯苗的复原速度,提高其成活率,促进地上部和根系的生长,并提高块根产量。增产效果依品种而异,胜利百号和52—45甘薯品种,块根产量分别提高23.6%和8.6%,抗旱性极强的华北117甘薯品种,浸蔓后反而减产5%。
Increasing the survival rate of summer sweet potato seedlings planted to promote their initial growth, so as to further improve the quick root yield, is a key issue in the summer sweet potato production. In 1964-1965 under the conditions of high temperature (above 30 ℃) and different soil moisture (20, 40, 60 and 80% of the maximum soil water holding capacity) The number of soil immersion into the soil for 24 hours can speed up the recovery rate of sweet potato and 52-45 sweet potato seedlings of poor drought resistance, increase the survival rate, promote the growth of shoots and roots and increase the root yield . The effects of yield increase varied with different breeds. The yields of Shengli 100 and 52-45 sweet potato varieties and tuberous roots increased by 23.6% and 8.6% respectively, while those with strong drought resistance were increased by 5% after immersed in vine.
