目的 旨在探讨吸烟对前庭功能的影响。方法 采用正弦摆动模式的前庭刺激方法,对8名健康青年男性吸烟前后前庭性眼动反射各参数进行观察。结果 吸烟后即刻视网膜电位降低非常显著(P<0.01);慢相速度及增益在吸烟后即刻非常显著增大(P<0.01),快相速度在吸烟后即刻显著增大(P<0.05)。结论 吸烟导致前庭末梢器官敏感性增高,其变化在吸烟后30min时未完全恢复。这种影响对飞行安全构成严重威胁。
The purpose is to investigate the effect of smoking on vestibular function. Methods The vestibular stimulation method of sinusoidal swing mode was used to observe the vestibular ophthalmic reflex parameters of 8 healthy young men before and after smoking. Results The decrease of retinal potential was very significant immediately after smoking (P <0.01). The slow phase velocity and gain were significantly increased immediately after smoking (P <0.01), and the fast phase velocity was significantly increased immediately after smoking (P <0.05). Conclusion Smoking leads to an increase in the sensitivity of the vestibular and distal organs, and the changes are not fully recovered at 30 minutes after smoking. This effect poses a serious threat to flight safety.
