本文报道利用萄葡球菌A蛋白胶体金银技术对77例血管组织肿瘤进行了Ⅷ因于相关抗原的定位研究。结果显示:内皮细胞起源的肿瘤瘤细胞之绝大部分对抗Ⅷ因子相关抗原血清呈阳性反应,血管球细胞和外皮细胞起源的肿瘤瘤细胞全部呈阴性。从而进一步说明Ⅷ因子相关抗原在血管内皮细胞起源的肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中,具有参考意义。
This paper reports on the localization of VIII due to related antigens in 77 cases of vascular tissue tumors using Staphylococcus A protein colloidal gold and silver technology. The results showed that most of the tumor cells originated from endothelial cells were positive against VIII factor-associated antigen serum, and all of the vascular ball cells and tumor cell cells derived from epidermis cells were negative. This will further illustrate the relevance of factor VIII-related antigens in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vascular endothelial cells.
