文章通过对散打国家二级以上裁判员及有关专家的调查和咨询,对散打台上裁判员临场执法的主要心理技能进行了研究。从散打台上裁判员临场执法的若干心理技能中确定自信心、抗干扰能力、对比赛的控制能力、专业基础与态度和沟通能力为主要心理技能指标,结合专家咨询和临场执法实践,总结出各项心理技能指标的表现形式并进行调查,确定各项指标的重要性及其差异性,为散打台上裁判员临场执法水平的培养和提高提出参考意见,并为散打竞赛组织者选拔裁判员提供依据。
