目的:研究MGMT和Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋乳腺癌和腺瘤标本,采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测MGMT和Survivin在这些组织中的表达。结果:MG-MT和Survivin在乳腺癌和乳腺腺瘤中的表达有显著性差异。MGMT在乳腺癌中的表达与患者的年龄、淋巴结转移有关,而Survivin仅与淋巴结转移有关。另外,MGMT和Survivin之间具有相关性(r=0.48,P<0.01)。结论:MGMT和Survivin的异常表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移有关;MGMT和Survivin可以作为判断乳腺癌发生和预后的重要指标;检测它们的表达可以指导临床上化疗方案的制定。
Objective: To study the expression of MGMT and Survivin in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The specimens of breast cancer and adenoma were fixed in formalin and paraffin embedded. The expression of MGMT and Survivin in these tissues were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of MG-MT and Survivin in breast cancer and breast adenoma were significantly different. MGMT expression in breast cancer patients with age, lymph node metastasis, and Survivin only lymph node metastasis. In addition, there was a correlation between MGMT and Survivin (r = 0.48, P <0.01). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of MGMT and Survivin is related to the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. MGMT and Survivin may be used as an important index to judge the occurrence and prognosis of breast cancer. Detecting their expression can guide the formulation of clinical chemotherapy regimen.
