目的:探讨商环包皮环切术内置内环和外置内环的疗效。方法:对128例患者随即分为内置内环(68例)和外置内环(60例)两组,比较手术时间、术后并发症、术后外观满意情况等。结果:内置内环组手术时间4-8分钟,术后恢复时间20-25天,术后恢复满意度100%,术后包皮内板水肿率2.94%;外置内环组手术时间5-10分钟,恢复时间28-33天,术后满意度96.7%;术后包皮内板水肿率100%。结论:采用商环包皮环切器行包皮环切术内置内环法较外置内环法有术后包皮水肿轻、愈合时间短的优点,临床值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of inner ring and inner ring of commercial ring circumcision. Methods: A total of 128 patients were divided into two groups: internal (68 cases) and external (60 cases) internal crowns. The operative time, postoperative complications, and postoperative appearance were compared. Results: The operation time of internal ring group was 4-8 minutes, the time of postoperative recovery was 20-25 days, satisfaction rate of postoperative recovery was 100% and the rate of intramedullary plate edema was 2.94%. The operation time of external ring group was 5-10 Minutes, recovery time is 28-33 days, postoperative satisfaction 96.7%; postoperative foreskin edema rate of 100%. Conclusion: The commercial circumcision circumcision circumcision with built-in inner ring method than the external inner ring method has the advantages of postoperative foreskin edema, shorter healing time, the clinical worth promoting.
