一一九八三年早春,我刚从大学毕业不多久。因为发表了一两篇小说,受邀去南京参加《青春》杂志举办的文学笔会。那是我第一次与文坛正式接触。怀着一份不安和一份胆怯,踏上去南京的轮船。在船上靠着一本《七剑下天山》的小说,打发漫漫水路。在这次笔会我见到许多我大学里早已熟知的作家,他们中很多人的作品我都读过。像上海的程乃珊,薛海翔,南京的姜滇、赵本夫,杭州的于劲,安徽的曹征路以及我们湖北的映泉等等,这之中还有山西的李锐。 In early 1983, I just graduated from college soon. Because published one or two novels, was invited to Nanjing to participate in “Youth” magazine organized by the pen. That was my first official contact with the literary world.
