伴随着市场的不断转型变化,高校艺术设计教育出现了一些新的问题,以传授理论知识为主的传统教育模式已不适应时代要求。高校人才培养模式与用人单位所需人才脱节,导致创新、创业和就业难的局面。因此,创新艺术设计人才培养模式,走产学研合作化道路,培育出适应市场需求的创新应用型人才显得至关重要。文章通过对高校艺术设计专业教育存在的问题具体分析,指出创新构建艺术设计产学研合作培养模式的必要性。一方面更新高校人才培养目标体系、过程体系、课程设置。另一方面,创建良好的产学研运作环境和创建设计企业孵化器。希望能完善我国高校人才培养模式,提升学生的综合能力与思想素质,培育出适应社会需求的创新应用型设计人才。
With the continuous transformation and changes in the market, some new problems have emerged in the art design education in colleges and universities. The traditional education mode based on the transfer of theoretical knowledge has not met the requirements of the times. The model of university personnel training is out of line with the talents needed by employers, resulting in the situation of innovation, entrepreneurship and employment difficulties. Therefore, it is of vital importance to cultivate creative talents in creative arts and design, follow the road of cooperation among industry, universities and research institutes and cultivate innovative and applied talents who meet the needs of the market. Through the concrete analysis of the existing problems in art design education in colleges and universities, the article points out the necessity of innovating the mode of cooperation in art design and research. On the one hand, it updates the system of personnel training in colleges and universities, process system and curriculum. On the other hand, create a good production, learning and research environment and create a design business incubator. Hope to improve our college personnel training mode, enhance students’ comprehensive ability and ideological quality, and cultivate innovative application-oriented design talents to meet the needs of society.
