近些年来,我国存在的深层次重大问题之一是居民财产差距相当悬殊。其基本成因是新自由主义的严重侵蚀特别是私有化思潮的兴风作浪,民族资产阶级的迅速崛起与极少数党政官员疯狂的权力寻租,我国体制改革进程中的某些严重问题和明显缺陷,以及上述因素导致的中国狭义所有制结构的巨大变化。合理缩小中国居民财产差距,应切实加强马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,深入批判新自由主义特别是私有化思潮;巩固和发展公有制经济,坚持社会主义公有制的主体地位;深化财税、收入、社会保障制度改革;科学有效地惩治和预防腐败,坚决取缔非法收入。
In recent years, one of the major deep-seated problems in our country has been the disparity in residents’ property. The basic causes are the serious erosion of neo-liberalism, especially the wave of privatization, the rapid rise of the national bourgeoisie and the insane power-seeking rent-seeking by a very small number of Party and government officials. Some serious problems and obvious defects in the process of the system reform in our country have also come into being. As well as the huge changes in China’s narrow sense of ownership structure caused by the above factors. To reasonably narrow the gap between Chinese residents, we should conscientiously strengthen the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology, criticize the neo-liberalism, especially the trend of privatization, and consolidate and develop the public-owned economy so as to uphold the dominant position of socialist public ownership. We will deepen fiscal, tax, Reform of social security system; punish and prevent corruption scientifically and effectively and resolutely ban illegal income.
