目的 :动态观察急性脑梗死患者在发病不同时期血浆血栓调节蛋白 (TM )水平的变化。方法 :采用ELISA法 ,对 68例急性脑梗死患者分别在发病后 1、3、7、14、2 1~ 2 5d各进行了TM监测 ,并与对照组 (n =5 2 )进行比较。结果 :病例组各病期TM水平均高于对照组。其中除发病后第 3周无明显统计学差异外 ,其他各病期TM水平均显著高于对照组。特别是发病后第 1周TM水平呈现逐渐升高倾向 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :血浆TM水平在脑梗死第 1周随病程延长呈现递增性升高 ,以后有逐渐降低趋势。提示脑梗死急性期有较严重的血管内皮损伤
Objective: To observe the change of plasma thrombomodulin (TM) in patients with acute cerebral infarction at different stages of onset. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were monitored by ELISA on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 25th days after onset, respectively, and compared with the control group (n = 52). Results: The TM levels in each case were higher than those in the control group. In addition to the first 3 weeks after onset there was no significant difference between the other stages of TM levels were significantly higher than the control group. In particular, the TM level gradually increased at the first week after onset (P <0.01 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The level of plasma TM increased gradually with the prolongation of the duration of cerebral infarction in the first week, and then gradually decreased. Tips acute cerebral infarction have more serious vascular endothelial injury
