以球墨铸铁为实验材料,经激光处理成网格状的非光滑表面,并在常温下通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了其耐磨性的影响因素。结果表明,磨损时间和网格间隔对耐磨性的影响较大。
The ductile iron was used as the experimental material, which was laser treated into a grid-like non-smooth surface. The influence factors of wear resistance were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test at room temperature. The results show that wear time and mesh spacing have a great influence on the wear resistance.
