The absence of nurses is a common problem in hospitals. There are many reasons for absenteeism, including dissatisfaction with your work, sickness, raising children, low pay, occupational injuries, and employees’ attitude towards absenteeism. Others, such as increased job opportunities and reduced decision-making power in existing jobs, will also reduce employee satisfaction and confidence, leading to an increase in absenteeism.
