本文分析了管板式集热器中的管与板的结合热导C_b对集热器的效率因子F′的影响,从而得到对集热器的热效率的影响。对管与板之间的结合进行了实验研究,介绍了实验系统与参数的测试,并求得了各种管与板之间的结合热导C_b。结论指出:采取简单的铁丝捆紧或卡筐的办法,只是在压紧处的结合热导较大,而在其他地方的结合热导较小,对集热器的热效率有较大的影响。采用我们自己研制的导热胶能保证管与板之间较好的结合。
This paper analyzes the effect of the combined heat conductance C_b of the tube to the plate on the efficiency of the collector F ’in the tube plate collector to obtain the thermal efficiency of the collector. The experiment on the combination of pipe and plate was carried out. The test of the experimental system and parameters was introduced and the combined thermal conductivity C_b between various pipe and plate was obtained. The conclusion shows that adopting a simple method of wire bundling or carton only has a large combined heat conductance at the compaction site and a small combined heat conductance elsewhere, which has a great impact on the thermal efficiency of the collector. Using our own thermal plastic developed to ensure a good combination of tube and board.
