一体化教学是指在一个明确的培养目标下,老师在教学过程中将理论、实践有机地融为一体以达到最好的教学效果的一种教学方法。数控加工工艺学主要包括数控机床概述、数控机床的机械结构、数控加工工艺基础、数控加工用刀具与夹具、数控车削加工工艺、数控铣削加工工艺、数控电加工工艺等内容。在实际教学中存在着理论知识与实际操作脱节的现象,学生学到的东西不能很好地应用于实践,学习积极性不高,达不到很好的教学效果。针对以上所存在的这些问题,笔者认为应该在数控加工工艺教学中采用一体化教学。下面谈一谈在数控加工工艺中实行一体化教学的具体方案。
Integrated teaching refers to a clear training objectives, the teacher in the teaching process will be the theory and practice of organic integration to achieve the best teaching effectiveness of a teaching method. CNC machining technology mainly includes CNC machine tools overview, the mechanical structure of CNC machine tools, CNC machining technology, CNC machining tools and fixtures, CNC turning machining, CNC milling, CNC machining and so on. In the actual teaching, there is a phenomenon that the theoretical knowledge is out of touch with the actual operation. What students learn can not be applied well to practice, and their learning enthusiasm is not high enough to achieve good teaching results. In view of the above problems, I believe that the teaching of CNC machining should be integrated teaching. Here to talk about CNC machining technology in the implementation of integrated teaching specific programs.
