随着经济的发展,我国越来越重视技术性人才的培养,近年来高职院校的数量也极大增加,培养了一大批具有职业技能的人才,但职业教育盲目扩张的背后也带来了一定的问题,学生技能水平和薪酬水平的关系也是不是那么明显,社会各界对职业教育的认同感也不是那么强烈。本文就高职毕业生技能和薪酬关系展开论述,深入探讨职业教育发展中存在的问题,和面临的困境,并提出解决问题的可行性对策。
With the economic development, more and more attention is paid to the cultivation of technical talents in our country. In recent years, the number of higher vocational colleges has also increased greatly, and a large number of talents with vocational skills have been cultivated.
