采用硫代巴比妥酸反应产物比色法检测了27例小儿癫痫(继发性癫痫16例,原发性癫痫11例),20例健康小儿血液红细胞过氧化脂质含量,其结果分别为669.19±121.92、553.21±133.86和483.84±85.45nmol/g·Hb。继发性癫痫组红细胞过氧化脂质明显高于原发性癫痫组和健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).原发性癫痫组和健康对照组比较无显著差异性(P>0.05).提示继发性癫痫患儿体内的病理性脂质过氧化反应明显增强。
Thiobarbituric acid reaction product colorimetry was used to detect the content of erythrocyte peroxidation lipid in 27 cases of pediatric epilepsy (16 cases of secondary epilepsy, 11 cases of primary epilepsy) and 20 cases of healthy children. The results were 669.19 ± 121.92, 553.21 ± 133.86 and 483.84 ± 85.45 nmol / g · Hb. Erythrocyte lipid peroxidation in secondary epilepsy group was significantly higher than that in primary epilepsy group and healthy control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the primary epilepsy group and the healthy control group (P> 0.05). Prompted the pathogenesis of secondary epilepsy in vivo lipid peroxidation was significantly enhanced.
