专綫(67)3069拱形弹片式扣件(67型),自1968年来現場鋪設使用后,使用单位陆續反映了一些問題,并提出了不少宝貴意見。有关扣件結构設計存在的問題,正在研究改进。現仅就鋪設、維修方面的一些問題,由我院与交通部科学研究院共同研究,提出了几点注意事項,介紹如下: 一、螺旋道釘錨固位置要正确;螺旋道釘方台底面距軌枕承軌槽面以5毫米左右为宜,幷保持釘桿与承軌槽面垂直(图1)。螺旋道釘应避免歪斜、錨固太高或太低(图2、3)。道釘歪斜妨碍弹片安装,道釘錨固太高方台肩保持密貼(图5)。

Now only on the laying, maintenance of some of the problems, by our hospital and the Ministry of Science and Research Institute of common research, made a few notes, described as follows: First, the location of the screw spike anchor to be correct; Rail sleeper rails to about 5 mm is appropriate, 幷 to maintain the nail bar and rail groove perpendicular to the surface (Figure 1). Spiral spikes should be avoided askew, anchor too high or too low (Figure 2, 3). Road spikes askew impede the installation of shrapnel, spikes anchored too high side shoulder to keep close (Figure 5).
