一种新技术在它的发展过程中,总将不断革新使之更趋完善,释放度试验也不例外。各国对释放仪的设计、人员的培训和测定方法的建立等,都作了大量工作,取得了一整套基本数据,到目前为止,大规模的研究工作似已告一段落。但对目前沿用的方法继续作某些小的改进,当然还是值得鼓励的。如Sarapu和Clark提出:将转篮法中的转篮盖改为锥形,以避免空气带入。但若要完全采用新方法,则将耗资太大,对整个保健事业不一定有利。作者确曾看到一些有创见的科学家,提出了一些比现用方法在某些方面较好的试验技术。讨论这些方法当然很有参考意义,但应用于日常试验中,却不一定很适宜。
A new technology in its development process, always innovate to make it more perfect, the release of the test is no exception. All countries have done a great deal of work on the design of release devices, personnel training and establishment of measurement methods, and have obtained a set of basic data. So far, large-scale research work has come to an end. However, it is still worth encouraging to continue to make some small improvements to the methods currently adopted. As Sarapu and Clark put forward: Turn the basket in the basket method to a conical shape to avoid air entrainment. However, if the new method is fully adopted, it will be too expensive and not necessarily beneficial to the entire health care industry. The author did see some brilliant scientists come up with some experimental techniques that are better in some ways than current methods. Of course, discussing these methods is very useful, but not necessarily suitable for routine testing.
