介绍了一种新型永磁干式强磁选机的结构和分选原理,并利用该磁选机对长石进行了除铁试验。结果表明,原矿矿样经过一粗一精除铁试验后,长石中Fe2O3的含量从0.54%降低到0.18%,除铁率达到72.52%,精矿产率达到82.45%,取得了较好的分选指标。说明该磁选机除铁效果良好,设计合理。
The structure and sorting principle of a new type of permanent magnetic dry magnetic separator are introduced. The feldspar is tested for iron removal by the magnetic separator. The results show that the content of Fe2O3 in feldspar decreases from 0.54% to 0.18%, the iron removal rate reaches 72.52% and the concentrate yield reaches 82.45% after a coarse and a fine iron removal test has been achieved.
