调控政策放松,也难挽回国内房地产的颓势,今年的“金九银十”预计将成五年来最黯淡的一年。过去两年,大批华南房地产巨头如碧桂园、富力、恒大先后重金砸向大马,位于新山市的碧桂园金海湾2013年8月开盘一个月认购金额达到105亿元。一边国内市场下行,一边是大马正复制国内开发的神话,这刺激着更多的中小房企果断出海。2014年以来,马来西亚负面消息不断,不少中小房企依然抱团进军大马,丝毫未动摇信心。
