通过选择镀膜工艺参数,制得了含量为Pb-10%Sn的合金膜.薄膜晶粒随膜厚增加而增大.合金膜与纯Sn膜表面形貌有着明显的不同,合金膜的显微硬度随膜厚增加而减小,合金膜和纯Sn膜的综合摩擦系数与磨损寿命都受到膜厚的影响.薄膜的磨损失效是由于膜向对偶材料的粘着和转移造成的.
The alloy films with Pb-10% Sn content were prepared by selecting the coating process parameters.The grain size of the films increased with the increase of the film thickness.The surface morphology of the alloy films was obviously different from the pure Sn film.The microhardness With the increase of film thickness, the friction coefficient and wear life of alloy film and pure Sn film are affected by film thickness. The wear failure of film is due to the adhesion and transfer of film to dual material.
