化学教育是以化学知识体系为载体,通过教学使学生掌握有关化学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,从知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观出发,从而达到让学生具有解决化学实际问题的能力的教育。尽管化学教育的知识载体是固定不变的,但是普通教育与职业教育中的化学有着不同的方向。因为首先是教育的三维中的情感态度与价值观不同,普通教育偏重学术性化学体系认知,而职业教育侧重化学实用性技能的训练,是理论与实践的两个不同方面。因此,从知识与技能来看,普通教育重在化学知识的建构,职业教育重在化学技能的运用。所以教育的过程与方法是不尽相同的。本文就职业教育中的化学教学提出五个方面的看法,仅供化学教育者共同探讨。
