55例新鲜食管癌冰冻切片用ISH检测HPV感染状况,45例阳性,阳性率81.8%。不同病变HPV感染率不同,正常(87.50%)和单纯增生(81.40%)感染率明显高于原位癌(38.39%)和浸润癌(27.27%),不典型增生居中(64.70%);而且不同病变ISH阳性信号分布特征不同,在正常和单纯增生上皮呈层状分布,表层阳性细胞数多,信号强;原位癌层状分布特征消失,较弥散,浸润癌呈区域性阳性。本实验表明汕头食管癌组织HPV感染率高,HPV18可能在该地区食管癌的发病过程中起重要作用。
Fifty-five fresh frozen sections of esophageal cancer were detected by ISH for HPV infection. 45 cases were positive and the positive rate was 81.8%. The infection rates of different lesions were different. The infection rate of normal (87.50%) and simple hyperplasia (81.40%) was significantly higher than that of in situ carcinoma (38.39%) and invasive carcinoma (27.27%).
