介绍了核电厂用蒸汽发生器Incoloy800H传热管首次国产化工艺,对试制的Incoloy800H传热管的化学成分、金相组织、常规力学性能和抗晶间腐蚀性能进行了分析,开展了约5100台时675℃高温持久试验性能试验,外推了6000 h的高温持久强度极限,上述试验结果均满足设计要求。
This paper introduces the first domestication process of Incoloy800H heat transfer tube for nuclear power plant steam generator and analyzes the chemical composition, microstructure, conventional mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of Incoloy800H heat transfer tube. About 5,100 units When 675 ℃ high temperature lasting test performance test, 6000h extrapolation of the high temperature endurance strength limit, the above test results are to meet the design requirements.
