膜盒是气动仪表的弹性感测元件。提高其热稳定性保证仪表的测量精度是仪表行业要解决的课题。膜盒上两面波纹状膜片存在的由焊接引起的残余应力的不对称分布被认为是影响热稳定性的因素之一。探查出残余应力的存在情况将有助于这一问题的解决。探查方法是采用二次曝光全息法。一次曝光记录了存在非均匀残余应力场的膜片表
Diaphragm is a flexible instrument pneumatic sensing components.
