目的:利用红外光谱法对国内外7个产地的36批西洋参样品进行品质评价研究。方法:采用傅里叶红外光谱法测定西洋参药材的中红外光谱,提取每份样品含量最高的15个峰作为指标,进行PCA主成分分析。结果:7个产地的西洋参可聚成3组,美国和陕西为1组,加拿大1组,黑龙江、吉林、山东和北京聚为1组。结论:陕西与美国西洋参药材质量最为相近,黑龙江、吉林、山东和北京西洋参药材质量相近。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of 36 American ginseng samples in seven places at home and abroad by infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The mid-infrared spectrum of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The 15 peaks with the highest content of each sample were taken as indexes to make PCA principal component analysis. Results: American ginseng in seven producing areas can be clustered into three groups, one in the United States and Shaanxi, one in Canada, one in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shandong and Beijing. Conclusion: The quality of medicinal materials of Panax quinquefolius in Shaanxi and the United States is the most similar, and the quality of Panax quinquefolium in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shandong and Beijing is similar.
