用霍夫曼电解器电解水,教学参考书一般规定采用1:10H_2SO_4电解液,直流电压为6V。按上述条件做演示实验,需时较长,效果不好。为此,我们试验了6V、12V、18V、24V、30V,硫酸溶液的体积比浓度用1:10、1:8、1:6、1:4等进行电解。发现采用18—24V、1:8—1:6H_2SO_4,完成实验仅需4分钟。电解时产生的气体上升快、气泡大、体积比明显。如没有铂电极,可用铅电极代替,但演示
