甘肃省永昌县人武部集中组织“三级干部”集训近日,甘肃省永昌县人武部为提高应对公共突发事件的遂行任务能力,集中组织所属人武干部、专武干部和民兵骨干进行了为期10天的“三级干部”集训。在集训中,县人武部以中央军委和胡锦涛主席关于做好应对公共突发事件、维护社会稳定的一系列指示精神为指导,着眼当前国际国内形势,以担负的任务为牵引,以应对突发事件、民兵军事训练、军事理论和预案修订为主要内容,采取专人授课、讨论交流、观看录像、考核讲评的方法,坚持现役干部与民兵骨干相结合、研究讨论与交流发言相结合。通过这次集训,该部所属各级各类人员在增强精武的责任感和
