中国自古就是礼仪之邦。从古至今餐桌礼仪一直体现着我国独特的食礼文化,被人们所继承发扬光大。然而,随着时代的发展,这种优良传统在今天似乎发生了很大变化。在餐桌上我们不难发现传统礼仪,礼节被淡化的现象,以及年轻人对食礼文化概念的模糊。为什么教育的普及,不但没有让传统文化更好的得到继承和发扬,反而被边缘化?通过研究不难发现,这种变化不仅来自于新时代背景下人们教育理念变对它的忽视化,同时也来自于不同国家,民族文化对我国传统食礼文化的冲击。
China has always been a state of ceremonies. Since ancient times, table manners have always embodied the unique food culture in our country and have been carried forward by people. However, with the development of the times, this fine tradition seems to have undergone great changes today. At the table, we can easily find the traditional etiquette, etiquette is desalination phenomenon, as well as young people on the food culture concept of the fuzzy. Why did the popularization of education fail not to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture? Instead, it is easy to find out that this change not only comes from the neglect of the people’s educational philosophy in the new era, But also from the impacts of different countries and ethnic cultures on the traditional food culture in our country.
