目的研究6种促渗剂对芍药苷透皮吸收的影响。方法采用Franz扩散池,生理盐水为接收介质,小鼠腹部皮肤为透皮屏障,计算不同促渗剂对芍药苷的累积渗透量Q及相关参数,并优选效果最好的促渗剂,研究其浓度对促渗效果的影响。结果果试验中促渗剂对芍药苷均有不同程度的促渗作用。结论 0.2%卡波姆凝胶的促渗效果最好,本实验可为芍药苷透皮吸收制剂处方的优化提供依据。
Objective To study the effect of six kinds of penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of paeoniflorin. Methods The Franz diffusion cell and physiological saline were used as the receiving medium. The abdominal skin of the mice was transdermal barrier. The cumulative permeation Q of peonidin and related parameters of different penetration enhancers were calculated, and the best penetration enhancer Effect of Concentration on Permeability. Results in the test penetration enhancers on paeoniflorin have varying degrees of penetration. Conclusion 0.2% carbopol gel has the best promoting effect. This experiment can provide the basis for the optimization of prescription of percutaneous absorption of paeoniflorin.
