随着住房制度改革不断深化,住房福利分配的结束,中国的住宅私有化已达到了70%,但仍有30%的直管公房,自管公房和其他类型的房屋需要管理和修缮。为此,各地政府都在积极开展社会主义市场经济体制下国有房屋管修体制的改革,以便更好地适应房屋产权多元化形势下的管理要求,从而保证国有房屋资产的保值、增值。
With the deepening of housing reform and the end of distribution of housing benefits, privatization of residential properties in China has reached 70%. However, there are still 30% of direct public houses that need to be managed and repaired from public houses and other types of houses. To this end, local governments are actively carrying out the reform of state-owned housing management system under the socialist market economy in order to better meet the regulatory requirements under the diversified housing property rights so as to ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned housing assets.
