长沙市教委自198(?)年2月便成立了校办企业公司,近年来又把这一组织延伸到了所辖各区、县,形成了一个上下协调的勤工俭学管理系统。几年来,校办企业公司充分发挥协调、指导、管理、服务的职能,做了几项工作:①努力争取各级领导和有关部门的支持。公司对全市城乡学校作大量调查,提出发展勤工俭学方案向市府汇报,并促成市府于1986年底召开勤工俭学工作会议,批转了由十多个有关部门会签的文件,改善了勤工俭学外部环境。②狠
The Changsha City Education Commission set up a school-run enterprise in February of 198 (?), and in recent years it has extended this organization to all districts and counties under its jurisdiction, forming a coordinated work-study and drop-out management system. Over the past few years, school-run enterprise companies have fully demonstrated their coordination, guidance, management, and service functions. They have done several tasks: 1 Strive for the support of leaders at all levels and relevant departments. The company conducted a large number of investigations on the city’s urban and rural schools, proposed the development of work-study programs to report to the municipal government, and promoted the city’s work-study programme to be held at the end of 1986. It approved the documents signed by more than a dozen related departments and improved the external environment for work-study programs. 2狠
