目的探究长宁县居民现阶段健康素养水平,为评价健康教育,制定卫生政策和干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样法,在长宁县抽取2个社区、6个单位、2所小学、1所初中、1所高中为研究对象,共调查了2 075名长宁县居民的健康素养。结果长宁县居民具备健康素养的比例为40.1%,但健康素养3个维度差异较大,具有健康技能维度素养的人群比例为22.3%,低于健康知识(38.2%)和健康行为(48.7%);不同人群具备健康素养比例也不一样,其中社区居民(32.6%)具备健康素养的比例低于学校学生(39.6%)和单位职工(61.0%)。结论长宁县居民健康素养水平较高,并且在不同职业、学历人群中存在差异,长宁县居民具备健康技能素养的比例在健康素养的3维度中最低。有关部门应针对不同人群,制定科学有效的健康教育干预策略,有针对性地开展健康素养知识教育。
Objective To explore the current level of health literacy of residents in Changning County and provide evidence for evaluating health education and formulating health policies and interventions. Methods A multistage cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the health literacy of 2 075 inhabitants of Changning County in Changning County. Two communities, six units, two primary schools, one junior high school and one high school were selected as study subjects. Results The percentage of residents with health literacy in Changning was 40.1%. However, the three dimensions of health literacy varied greatly. The proportion of those with literacy of health skills was 22.3%, lower than health knowledge (38.2%) and healthy behavior (48.7%). . The proportion of health literacy among different groups of people is also different. Among them, 32.6% of them have health literacy, which is lower than that of school students (39.6%) and employees (61.0%). Conclusion The residents of Changning County have a higher level of health literacy, and there are differences among different occupations and qualifications. The proportion of residents with health skills in Changning County is the lowest in the three dimensions of health literacy. Relevant departments should target different groups of people, formulate scientific and effective health education intervention strategies, and carry out health literacy knowledge education in a targeted manner.
