自80年前发现促红细胞生成素以来,但在其后的60年中未发现其它造血调节因子,现已鉴定出多种造血生长因子。上述造血因子均为具有长度相似的多肽链的糖蛋白,其糖的组成各异,且不具生物活性,可能对多肽链起保护作用,以防降解,也可增加该类因子的体内t_(1/2)。这类因子的特征是:生物活性强,1~100 pmol/L浓度即有生理作用,基础情况下循环及组织中含量低;当失血、感染或抗原刺激时其浓度急增。
Since erythropoietin was discovered 80 years ago, no other hematopoietic regulatory factors have been found for the next 60 years and a variety of hematopoietic growth factors have now been identified. The above hematopoietic factors are all glycoproteins with similar length polypeptide chains. The sugar components are different and have no biological activity and may play a protective role on the polypeptide chain to prevent degradation, and may also increase the in vivo t_ (1) /2).
