过去我们应用间断磨削,着重解决硬质合金、刀刃具的磨削问题。随着人造金刚石砂轮、立方氮化硼砂轮的发展,使硬质合金、刀刃具的磨削加工问题得到解决,从而使间断磨削法的使用比过去有所减少。然而我们从生产实践中体会到,间断磨削具有独特优点,可以在某些情况下发挥其长处。我们采用间断磨削法在一些较难加工材料的磨削中取得了一定的成就:1)对镀铬零件特别是大面积表面镀铬零件的磨削;2)对不锈钢零件的磨削;3)对球墨铸铁零件的磨削。
In the past we applied intermittent grinding, focusing on the hard alloy, knife cutting tool grinding problems. With the development of synthetic diamond grinding wheel and cubic boron nitride grinding wheel, the problem of grinding of cemented carbide and cutting tool is solved, so the use of interrupted grinding method is reduced than in the past. However, we know from the production practice that intermittent grinding has the unique advantage of being able to exert its strengths under certain circumstances. We use discontinuous grinding method in some of the more difficult processing of materials grinding has made some achievements: 1) chrome-plated parts, especially large-area surface chrome-plated parts grinding; 2) stainless steel parts grinding; 3) pairs of Ductile iron parts grinding.
