北京医疗仪器厂生产的BYS-13B型心电监护仪在使用过程中声音报警失控。现象是:将床位选择开关拨至2床时,在无外来信号情况下,报警喇叭自动发出长鸣。我们先用500型万用表电压档检查声音报警输入端的电压,在床位选择(K_2)为1、3、4床位时,均为接近OV左右,而置2床时,电压为+15V,此时声音长鸣报警。再检查声音报警开关K_1的声2接线端,该点电压为+15V,其余三个床位的声接线端皆接近OV。继而检查2床的R波检出电路。该部分电路原理见图1。检查发现G_(10)的集电极电压为+15伏。这个电路的工作原理是这样的:当输入一个R波时,在G_8的基极出现的是一个正向
