4月27日、28日,湖南省慈利县党校、张家界市党校分别开展水土保持进党校活动。湖南省水利厅高度重视水土保持国策教育进党校活动,2015年确定张家界市作为湖南省看展水土保持进党校活动的试点市。党校水土保持讲座以水土保持与我国生态文明建设的重要关系为切入点,内容涵盖了水土保持的基本内涵、重要性及其意义,湖南省水土流失特点及主要防治对策、新修订《中华人民共和国水土保持法》及湖南省实施办法的有关新规定等内
