本文在已有矿压观测成果基础上提出了坚硬顶板弹性悬梁结构模型,揭示了支架一围岩力学体系的内在联系,阐明增加岩体裂隙面、降低强度是控制坚硬顶板的主要方法。根据悬梁结构解释了来压前岩体力学特性所决定下沉加速和反弹现象,对阳方口矿厚层状砂岩顶板进行了来压预报的实践,证明在工作面前方弹性变形显著区内设置固定测站预报顶板来压是准确可靠的。
Based on the existing rock pressure observation results, a structural model of rigid roof elastic cantilever beam is proposed, which reveals the inherent relationship between the rock mechanics system and the rock mass. It is indicated that increasing the crack surface of the rock mass and reducing the strength are the main methods to control the hard roof. According to the cantilever structure, the phenomenon of subsidence acceleration and rebound determined by the mechanical properties of prestressing rock mass was explained, and the prediction of thick bedded sandstone roof in Yangfangkou Mine was carried out. It is proved that the elastic deformation in front of working face Fixed station forecast roof pressure to be accurate and reliable.
