加强和改进高校学生党建工作是做好大学生思想政治教育工作的迫切需要。长期以来学生党支部横向设置的模式在新形势、新挑战面前显露出一些不足,学生党建工作机制需要完善。以专业为基础建立纵向党支部、实行学生党支部与教师党支部共建、建立健全学生基层党组织工作机制是高校学生党建工作的重要举措。
To Strengthen and Improve the Party Construction in Colleges and Universities Is an Urgent Necessary to Do Ideological and Political Education for College Students. For a long time, the model of the horizontal arrangement of student party branches revealed some deficiencies in the new situation and new challenges, and the work mechanism of party building for students needs to be improved. Establishing a vertical party branch based on profession, carrying out the construction of the student party branch and the teacher party branch, and establishing and perfecting the working mechanism of the grassroots party organizations are the important measures for the party construction of college students.
