实验动物为体重200~250g的Wistar系雄性大鼠。按高木等的方法制作水浸拘束应激诱发大鼠胃溃疡模型。负荷后断头处死大鼠,摘除胃,于贲门及十二指肠处结扎,注入10%的福尔马林液,于生理盐水中放置10分钟后沿胃大弯切开。以在实体显微镜下观察到的胃腺部出现的粘膜出血及糜烂的长度为标准计算溃疡系数。分别拘于束负荷前、负荷6、8、16、24小时后5次动态观察溃疡程度。另外,大鼠断头后,于冷冻状态下摘除全脑并分成小脑、脑桥/延髓、下丘脑、纹状体、丘脑/中脑、海马、大脑皮质7部分,同时在切开胃大弯后用载玻片取胃腺粘膜,各组织经处理后检测单胺的浓度。在拘束负荷前每日1次连续3日经口给予半夏泻心汤(HST,1.5、3.0、4.5g·kg~(-1)·ml~(-1)),对照组按
