目的了解甘肃省平凉市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,为预防控制食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法在选定的监测点和采样场所定期随机采样,按样品原有储存温度要求在最短时间内送实验室,按《2012年食源性致病菌监测工作手册》和中华人民共和国国家标准《食品卫生微生物学检验》(GB/T4789-2003)规定的程序和方法检测分离致病菌。结果全年共采集405份样品,从15份样品中检出致病菌,总检出率为3.70%;阪崎杆菌检出率最高为17.78%,七大类食品中婴幼儿食品污染最为严重、阳性率17.78%,街头食品中检出率最高为25.00%;中型餐馆、快餐店和集体食堂采集的食品中未检出;散装食品中检出率为1.97%,定型包装食品中检出率为16.00%。结论甘肃省平凉市市售食品存在食源性致病菌污染现象,婴幼儿食品中以阪崎肠杆菌污染为主,街头食品中食源性致病菌检出率最高。
Objective To understand the status of food-borne pathogens in Pingliang City, Gansu Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods At selected monitoring points and sampling sites, random sampling was conducted on a regular basis, and the samples were sent to the laboratory in the shortest time according to the original storage temperature of the samples. According to the 2012 Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Monitoring Manual and the People’s Republic of China National Standards Microbiological examination of food hygiene "(GB / T4789-2003) procedures and methods for the detection of isolated pathogens. Results A total of 405 samples were collected in the year and pathogenic bacteria were detected in 15 samples with a total detection rate of 3.70%. The highest detection rate of Aspergillus Sakazakii was 17.78%. The most serious food contamination among infants in seven categories , Positive rate of 17.78%, the highest detection rate of street food was 25.00%; medium-sized restaurants, fast food restaurants and collective canteens collected food was not detected; bulk food detection rate was 1.97%, the detection rate of packaged food Is 16.00%. Conclusion Food contamination of foodborne pathogens exists in Pingliang City, Gansu Province. The contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in infants and young children is the most common. The highest prevalence of food-borne pathogens in street foods is found.
