以草坪草多年生黑麦草Perennialryegrass(Taya)和草地早熟禾Meadowbluegrass(Compact)为材料,通过测定在三种低温胁迫强度和不同的胁迫时间下植物体活性氧清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、脯氨酸含量、类胡萝卜素含量和相对电导度等抗性生理指标的变化,以确定其胁变程度,研究两种草坪草抗低温胁迫的形式、途径和大小及其抗性机制问题。结果表明:①草地早熟禾Compact抗低温胁迫的能力较多年生黑麦草的Taya强。②5℃低温胁迫下两种草坪草的SOD、CAT活性、类胡萝卜素含量均先升后降,呈现单峰型曲线变化,在三种活性氧清除剂的活性或含量上升时,脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量和相对电导度没有明显的变化,在三种活性氧清除剂活性或含量下降时,叶绿素含量下降,脯氨酸含量和相对电导度上升。而在0℃与-6℃低温胁迫下SOD、CAT活性、类胡萝卜素含量随胁迫时间的延长,迅速下降,随后叶绿素含量下降,脯氨酸含量、相对电导度上升。③从5℃到0℃到-6℃,随胁强的增大,一定胁迫时间内各抗性生理指标变化幅度,即胁变程度,随之增大。
By using perennial ryegrass (Taya) and meadow grass (Com pact) as perennial ryegrass, the effects of three low temperature stress intensities and different stress time on the activity of superoxide dismutase ), Catalase (CAT) activity, proline content, carotenoid content and relative electrical conductivity were measured to determine the degree of the change of their anti-cold stress to study the two forms of turfgrass Pathways and Sizes and Their Resistance Mechanisms. The results showed that: (1) Comparably bluegrass (Triticum aestivum L.) is more resistant to low temperature stress than Toluene of perennial ryegrass. ② The activities of SOD, CAT and carotenoids of two turfgrasses increased firstly and then decreased under the low temperature stress of 5 ℃, showing a unimodal curve. When the activity or content of three reactive oxygen scavengers increased, the content of proline , Chlorophyll content and relative electrical conductivity did not change significantly. The content of chlorophyll, the content of proline and the relative electrical conductivity increased when the activity or content of three ROS scavengers decreased. Under 0 ℃ and -6 ℃, the activities of SOD and CAT and the content of carotenoids decreased rapidly with the prolonging of stress time, then the content of chlorophyll decreased, the content of proline and the relative conductivity increased. ③ From 5 ℃ to 0 ℃ to -6 ℃, with the increasing of the stress intensity, the extent of the change of each resistant physiological index within a certain stress time, that is, the degree of threat, then increases.
