基于电磁检测原理和信号处理技术以及钢丝绳本身具有捻制股波这一结构特点,研究出提升钢丝绳张力的非接触式定量检测新方法.实验表明,用此方法检测钢丝绳张力,其最大误差不超过1.5%,平均误差不超过0.05%.该方法原理正确,系统简单、误差小、应用方便,检测速度快、精度高,省时、省力.为实时在线定量检测钢丝绳张力提供了新的技术途径.
Based on the principle of electromagnetic detection and signal processing technology and the structural characteristics of the twisted wire strand itself, a new non-contact quantitative detection method is proposed to improve the tension of the wire rope. Experiments show that using this method to detect the tension of steel wire rope, the maximum error of not more than 1.5%, the average error of not more than 0.05%. The principle of the method is correct, the system is simple, the error is small, the application is convenient, the detection speed is fast, the precision is high, the time is saved and the effort is saved. A real-time on-line quantitative detection of rope tension provides a new technical approach.
