1978年秋,都匀市蔬菜公司反映市牛奶场生产的豆腐乳严重霉变,食用者有中毒症状发生。黔南州防疫站与都匀市防疫站做了现场调查,发现都匀市牛奶场环境卫生差,生产用水污染严重,坛子质量不好、封闭不严,不消毒灭菌,长期存放的生产过程有利于霉菌的生长繁殖及产毒。经检查了当年2~6月生产的豆腐乳32坛,未分离出肠道致病菌及黄曲霉素 B_1。
