目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)分别及联合使用对大鼠实验性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)时脑血流 (CBF)的作用。方法 将 30只大鼠随机分成 5组 (每组 6只 )。A组 :假手术+盐水 ;B组 :SAH+盐水 ;C组 :SAH+ SOD;D组 :SAH + NOC12 ;E组 :SAH+ SOD、NOC12。模型制成 48h后 ,通过 L aser- Doppler血流仪观察各种药物持续静脉注射 1h内 CBF的变化。结果 A、B两组 CBF无改变 ,C、D、E各组 CBF均明显增加 ,但 E组增加程度高于 C、D两组。结论 NO及 SOD分别能使 CVS时的 CBF增加 ,且两者联合使用效果优于单独使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) on the cerebral blood flow (CBF) in rats with cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and in combination. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (6 in each group). Group A: sham + saline; Group B: SAH + saline; Group C: SAH + SOD; Group D: SAH + NOC12; Group E: SAH + SOD, NOC12. After the model was made for 48h, the change of CBF within 1h after continuous intravenous injection of various drugs was observed by L aser-Doppler flowmeter. Results There was no change in CBF in groups A and B, and CBF in groups C, D and E were significantly increased, but the increase in group E was higher than that in groups C and D. Conclusion NO and SOD can increase the CBF of CVS respectively, and the combined effect of the two is better than that of single use.
