外墙渗水是房屋建筑工程施工经常遇到的问题,房屋在风压、重力等的影响下,墙体的内外存在压力差和毛细管现象,形成外墙渗水的裂缝。尤其在沿海降雨和台风频发的地区,房屋工程外墙渗水问题最为明显。为了优化房屋工程外墙防渗漏的工艺水平,本文将在分析房屋工程外墙渗水问题原因的基础上,从设计、施工、材料三方面的角度,寻求防渗漏的预控措施。
External wall seepage is a common problem encountered in the construction of a house. Under the influence of wind pressure and gravity, there is a pressure difference and a capillary phenomenon inside and outside the wall, forming a crack in the external wall. Especially in areas where coastal rainfall and typhoons frequently occur, the water seepage problem of the external walls of housing projects is most obvious. In order to optimize the anti-leakage technology level of the external wall of the house project, this article will analyze the causes of the seepage problem of the external wall of the house project, and look for anti-leakage pre-control measures from the aspects of design, construction and materials.
